Job description
On contract Office Admin job
Work Location: Yeshwanthpura,Banglore.
- Should manage office end to end travel desk activities including applying for visa, booking air tickets and taking care of employee travel requirements.
- Centralization of all relevant registers and information should be able to handle departmental Correspondences & maintenance of client/suppliers databases, contacts and to do regular follow ups.
- Supervision of Housekeeping activities, Maintaining charts in line with departmental guidelines
- AMC services and contract renewals with admin related vendors, Office upkeep, Repair & General Maintenance
- Coordinating on organizing social programs and special events in line with departmental planning.
- Data entry, scanning, documentation & filing in the department.
- Ensuring the Facility is functional and clean, take necessary measures to ensure Hygiene is maintained.
- Manage Logistics and transport activities.
- Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the facility.
- Other departmental relevant activities as defined by the Manager.
