Job description
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential IT candidates
Assist in conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Support in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future job openings
Assist in providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in APAC IT recruitment
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
