Job Description:
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel. · Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services · Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. · Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients. · Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. · Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. · Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product/service received. · Should be ready to travel.Job tags
