Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Develop and implement strategic plans to cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and foster relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Strong understanding of U.S. region market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business plans. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed.
