Job Title: Manager

Location: Gurugram

Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a natural leader and passionate learner with core experience in managing end-to-end delivery of impactful learning programs to clients and individual learners.

Responsibilities : Delivering transformational learning programs, with the highest standards in learner experience and learning impact Customise program delivery approach to suit client requirements; and as a response to learner feedback Digital marketing experience leveraging social media, to manage campaigns around new programs and cohort launches Understanding of e-learning platforms to be able to fully utilize available features and draw insights from learner behaviour Exposure to building digital content while working with subject matter experts and vendors Effectively lead a small team and collaborate with different service lines and domain experts in developing and deploying specific solutions Ability to work with a pool of external facilitators to schedule and deliver live virtual or in-person sessions Ability to manage multiple projects, including tracking schedule and quality adherence, stakeholder communication, risk identification and mitigation

The incumbent will work as part of a team delivering impactful learning programs to top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors. Demonstrate an innate passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences which create measurable impact Demonstrate the ability to find creative solutions to problems, both as part of day-to-day operations as well as to meet design challenges. Possess good influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive content preparation and update Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in teams Good exposure to learning tech platforms such as LMSs or LXPs and their practical application in the learning and development space. Adequate exposure to using e-learning development tools to create various forms of content such as video-based learning, simulations, process walkthroughs and so on Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours. Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic

Qualifications : 5+ years’ experience in managing learning and skill development programs, either as part of a consulting organization or an L&D/ learning academy team member responsible for the training of employees Post-graduation in Management, Business, or any other relevant discipline Exposure to functional training programs in the domain of accounting & finance, or ESG and sustainability will be a plus
