Job description

Job Role: Executive Assistant to CEO

Betterhalf is India's first and only matrimony super app without parents.

We are the first and only marriage super app in India offering end-to-end matrimony and wedding products to urban Indians, who are the primary decision makers for their marriage and wedding decisions, unlike their parents who were in the driver's seat a decade ago.

Our flagship product - matrimonial matchmaking - offers these users the world's fastest matching in a single click (US Patent No. 16/777,773). This matching technology is faster than dating apps and more accurate than traditional matrimonial sites.

Betterhalf.ai has successfully raised $8.5M in Series A funding from marquee investors like Y Combinator, FinSight Ventures, Instagram cofounder, Dropbox co-founder, Kunal Shah - CRED founder and Nobroker founders.

Your role:

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to join our team so that they can directly support the chief executive officer with his daily tasks and to support on key projects of the organization (which would require analytical ability and good MS Office/ Google Suite skills)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the founders' schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Filter and prioritize tasks based on outcomes and priorities of the company
  3. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO by attending key meetings and sharing minutes/action items from them. Follow through with stakeholders to ensure the completion of the action items discussed.
  4. Support with recruiting shortlisting and screening for key roles of the organization as per the CEO's projects.
  5. Systemize and prioritize tasks for the CEO, also following through so that the tasks are completed.
  6. Take on ad-hoc projects that the founder wants to execute, such as conducting market research, company research, candidate research, analyzing data, etc.
  7. Coordinate with the leadership team to execute their projects on time and assist in clearing their blockers.
  8. Assess, track, and communicate on critical development projects

Education & Qualification:

  1. Work experience: 5-8 Years
  2. Prior work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role would be preferred
  3. Knack of business understanding and have a positive and street-smart attitude
  4. Expert user in Google Apps, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Docs
  5. Good follow-through and organization skills
  6. Excellent communications skills (Written & Verbal)
  7. Must have worked in a B2C company (consumer website/ app)
  8. Handled CEO's projects independently and effectively.
  9. Business acumen in prioritizing tasks and initiatives.

Compensation: INR 12-15 LPA + 10L ESOP

Joining Date: Immediate/30 days, Preference: Immediate joiners
