Job description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing: Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring. Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related issues. Develop and nurture a positive working environment, addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations. Performance Management: Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process. Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employees' skills. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that the organization's HR policies are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Update and maintain employee handbook and HR policies. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits. Work closely with finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics (such as turnover rates and cost per hire) to identify areas for improvement. Prepare HR reports for management as required. Organizational Development: Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development strategies. Facilitate team-building and leadership development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
