Regional Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented REGIONAL MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, leading and building a Partner Network, focusing on government liaison, training programs, education, and institutional clients.
The Regional Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. If you have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of government liaison, training programs, education, and institutional sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities - Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and officials.
- Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and initiatives that may impact our business.
- Act as a liaison between the company and government organizations to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in education and training programs relevant to our industry.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to engage institutional clients and meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on government liaison, training programs, education, and institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, policies, and procedures related to the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as required
