Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a dynamic individual who can develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and achieve targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Screen, recruit, and train new factory workers, ensuring they meet our standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensure all factory machinery is maintained and in good working order.
- Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Motivate factory workers to continually achieve and surpass factory targets.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production supervision or management role within a manufacturing environment.
