Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team at Right Fit Resources. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong creativity skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media and online advertising
• Analytical skills to track and analyze marketing performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media, and advertisements
• Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing collateral
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing activities
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and exhibitions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
