Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with 10 or more years of related experience.
- Strong computer and networking fundamentals with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the discipline of software development, project management, and team development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- 10+ years of full-stack development; designing interactive web applications, developing web services.
- 5+ years as a tech lead and/or manager(3+ Years as tech lead is a must)
- 3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net/Azure technical stack
- Software development experience with at least 3 of the following technologies/frameworks, including but not limited to: C#.Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.
- Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, etc. and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts.
Details
- Provide hands on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions.
- Own end to end implementation of a feature from requirements, architect, design, develop and deployment to production by collaborating within and across functional or operations teams
- Actively participate in development and code reviews
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Lead new/latest tech exploration and security, compliance initiatives.
