Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead User Interface Designer located in Kolkata metropolitan area with flexibility for remote work. The Lead User Interface Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions, producing visual design mockups, and conducting front-end development. The role also involves crafting an excellent user experience (UX) and strong user interface (UI) design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 5+ years of UI/UX experience designing websites.
• Experience using design software such as Figma will be a MUST
• Creating clean , smooth micro interactions and subtle animations will be a MUST
• Experience working with ecommerce clients will be a plus
• Experience in Video Creation will be a big plus
• Experience/knack in using AI tools to simplify work will be a big plus
• Should have extremely good design sense and aesthetic taste .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong typography skills

Experience in agile methodology and familiarity with accessibility standards is beneficial.
