Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct executive searches to identify potential candidates for various positions
- Shortlist CVs based on job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
- Utilize job portals and other sources to search for potential candidates
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
- Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

salary range up to 20000/- maximum
