Service Solution Specialist from CSS Learning Solutions Adoption & Renewals drive engagement with all of our digital learning customers across multiple Oracle cloud services. The goal of Service Solution Specialist is to match customer's learning needs with our content and services and nurture the learner to be successful in their cloud learning journey. Our goal is to have very satisfied customers who are embracing the digital learning model and will be continuous learners on the cloud. In the process Learning Specialist becomes trusted advisor of customer and helps customer to successfully drive Cloud adoption during SaaS cloud project lifecycle and beyond.
