Roles and responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls, emails messages
Provide WOW experience to the customers who come along
Must know how to generate Feedback work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer
Generate reviews/identify problems fix the problems

Requirements and skills

*Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
*Goal-oriented
*Excellent skills in communication
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
