Head of Credit Card Distribution Platform (Cars24 App) Position Overview: As the Head of Credit Card Distribution Platform on the Cars24 app, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our credit card distribution strategy. You will lead a team responsible for optimizing the distribution of credit card products and services through our digital platform, ensuring seamless integration, user experience, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the distribution of credit card products on the Cars24 app, aligned with company objectives and customer needs. - Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to maximize reach and penetration. 2. Platform Integration and Optimization: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to integrate credit card distribution seamlessly into the Cars24 app. - Define platform requirements, user journeys, and technical specifications to enhance the user experience and drive conversion. - Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques to improve performance metrics such as conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue generation. 3. Partner Management: - Cultivate and manage relationships with credit card issuers, financial institutions, and other partners to expand the range of credit card products available on the platform. - Negotiate commercial terms, incentives, and promotional offers to drive user acquisition and retention. - Collaborate with partners to leverage their marketing assets and distribution channels for mutual benefit. 4. User Acquisition and Engagement: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and usage of credit card products on the platform. - Analyze user behavior, preferences, and feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and personalized offerings. - Implement loyalty programs, rewards schemes, and other incentives to increase user engagement and loyalty. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the credit card distribution platform. - Monitor performance dashboards, analyze data trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. 6. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices governing credit card distribution and financial services. - Implement robust security measures, fraud detection mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies to protect user data and financial transactions. - Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the credit card industry. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience (10+ years) in digital product management, e-commerce, or fintech, with a focus on credit card distribution or financial services. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, mobile app development, and user experience design principles. - Demonstrated track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices in the financial services industry. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
