Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Telemarketing Specialist you will be responsible for conducting market research engaging in effective and persuasive communication achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Engaging in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials
- Working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling
- Using consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships with customers through regular followups and personalized communication
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns providing timely and accurate information
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for the role you should meet the following qualifications:
- 69 years of experience in telemarketing and sales conversion preferably in the education sector
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred
