Job description

Telecallers
 Hiring for Tele callers with minimum experience of 6 months at BPO/ or any sales field.
 Weekend is working and fixed off on Tuesdays.
 Bringing in admissions of students who are looking for career in IIT, JEE and NEET for the forthcoming year 2024-25T
 Compensation will be structured on proportional targets.
 Minimum education background 12th pass or graduates in any field.
 Immediate joinees required.
 Responsible for Lead Generation, Qualification and Nurturing.
 Fluent in English and other local languages.
 Candidates within the radius of 7km to apply
 Meet monthly sales target without fail.
 Improve customer experience
 Analyse and Reporting
 Share active feedback about the prospect's behaviour, market demands, and competition to the team.
 Maintain detailed database of the interactions with the leads & stakeholders of MOTION-Coimbatore and provide detailed report to management.
