Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Banking Specialist. The Business Banking Specialist will be responsible for managing business relationships, treasury management, communication, customer service, and finance.

• · Research the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities.
• · Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads 
• · Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs
• · Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out.
• · Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value
• · Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
• · Managing all B2B selling operations and activities within the Greater Bangalore area
• · Assist the organization acquire new corporate customers by way of pitching for the investment bankingservices and financial advisory services being offered by the company.
• · Research and identify new market opportunities.
• · Coordination and Follow-up with existing and potential clients on Sale opportunities.
• Preparing MIS

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Treasury Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong understanding of Finance
• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Familiarity with banking products and services
