Hiring Talent Acquisition Manager into TAG
Position Title : TAG Lead/Manager(RLT)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create and execute plans to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for open positions in the organization.
2. Job analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each position.
3. Source candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
4. Screen and assess candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Manage the hiring process: Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and conducting background checks.
6. Maintain records and reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
7. Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and a strong talent pipeline.
8. Implement and improve recruitment processes: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Compliance with employment laws and regulations: Ensure that the recruitment process complies with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
10. Training and development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment and talent acquisition.
