Understand the needs of our clients and find candidates that are the perfect fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation. Meet and exceed recruitment targets, with a focus on quality placements. Be a champion of Golden Technology's values and mission in every interaction. Train junior recruiters in the team. Qualifications: Experience in IT recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A 'go-getter' attitude with a strong desire to earn commission.
