We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on utilizing LinkedIn and Email marketing strategies. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads, set appointments, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn and Email Marketing:

• Leverage expertise in LinkedIn and Email marketing to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Craft compelling messages to engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.

Lead Research:

• Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Gather relevant information to personalize outreach and enhance lead quality.

Appointment Setting and Scheduling:

• Execute effective appointment-setting strategies to secure meetings with qualified prospects.
• Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient coordination of appointments.

Communication Skills:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Articulate value propositions clearly to prospects and handle objections effectively.

Growth Mindset:

• Embrace a growth mindset and continuously seek ways to improve lead generation strategies.
• Adapt to evolving industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

Collaboration :

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance lead generation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Email marketing best practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Location:

This position is based in Bangalore, India. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
