The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on utilizing LinkedIn and Email marketing strategies. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads, set appointments, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn and Email Marketing:
- Leverage expertise in LinkedIn and Email marketing to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Craft compelling messages to engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
Lead Research:
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Gather relevant information to personalize outreach and enhance lead quality.
Appointment Setting and Scheduling:
- Execute effective appointment-setting strategies to secure meetings with qualified prospects.
- Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient coordination of appointments.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Articulate value propositions clearly to prospects and handle objections effectively.
Growth Mindset:
- Embrace a growth mindset and continuously seek ways to improve lead generation strategies.
- Adapt to evolving industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.
Collaboration :
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B environments.
