Job description

As a part of the Risk Department, you will be at the center of Soci t G n rale s business. The Risk Department aims to contribute to the development of business lines and their profitability through a challenging risk culture.

Working within the Risk Department is intellectually stimulating, and current economic activities guide our analysis daily. As a key business partner, the department is in close proximity to all of the Group s business lines. Roles and Responsibilities

Create and plan budget and provide levers to help optimize and create a realistic budget/ forecast

Maintain and control the Budget and Forecast.

Work with respective ExCOs Managers for annual Budget exercise, monitor the spends and create guardrails to ensure adherence to the same

Look for opportunities that can help increase CTB contribution / ownership for the sub BL

Ensure CTB projects are tracked and updated by the respective mangers

Animating RISQ DIR executive committee , Townhall Staff presentations, Key stakeholder meetings with Agenda and content preparation

Driving and leading various department level initiatives on CSR, Learning & Skilling , other transversal initiatives

Create the hiring plan. Provide inputs to monitor the same with the recruitment team and the hiring managers. Rigorous follow up for all the priority hiring and ensure meeting the set hiring targets

Keep track of all mandate training which needs to be completed by the team members and ensure they all complete within due date

Keep a close eye on the NPS score, the respondents, the response rates and create action plan for the survey responses received

Manage the seating needs as required, Coordinating the various administrative topics related to Transports, MSU specific topics.

Assist the BL Head in organizing Executive committees, governance meetings; formalize & follow-up of the BLs Road-map & action plan

Request Management: Single point of contact at RISQ DIR level for various adhoc requests on production monitoring, Dashboard, KPIs etc

Admin Tasks: Assist in various admin and adhoc request by RISQ DIR. And coordinating with RMA BL managers and other GSC Departments.

Implement and develop KPIs and Dashboard for RMA BGL. Timely preparedness for these statics and sharing with relevant stakeholders
