Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an 'Instructional Designer - Financial Literacy Program'. The candidate will be responsible for developing and designing financial literacy learning and training materials, creating learning objectives, and evaluating the effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design comprehensive instructional materials, including online courses, webinars, videos, interactive modules, and other learning resources.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the organisation.
• Create engaging and learner-focused content by incorporating multimedia elements, gamification, and interactive exercises.
• Utilise instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient learning experiences.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional teams to gather content, review materials, and ensure accuracy.
• Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the learning experiences based on learner feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest instructional design trends, technologies, and best practices in the learning and development industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, including the development of online and instructor-led training materials.
• Strong expertise in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools, video editing, and graphic design software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
