We're hiring a candidate for the Key Accounts Manager position in Mumbai. This full-time role requires 7-12 years of experience in SaaS, Key Account Growth, and Key Account Development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to address challenges proactively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving account growth.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
