We're hiring a candidate for the Key Accounts Manager position in Mumbai. This full-time role requires 7-12 years of experience in SaaS, Key Account Growth, and Key Account Development.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to address challenges proactively.
Requirements: - Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving account growth.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
