We're hiring a candidate for the position of Senior Manager/Associate Director Enterprise Sales with a series C funded SaaS organisation operating in CRM space for Mumbai location.This is a full-time job opportunity requiring 8-12 years of experience in selling SaaS products to BFSI corporates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and prospect potential clients within the enterprise market segment.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Present product offerings and value propositions to clients effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of 8-12 years in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Experience selling SaaS products or solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
