Purpose

To promote TOEFL® and GRE® tests and other ETS Products in Institutions (Schools & HEI) to the relevant target audience looking at pursuing their higher study abroad, leading to achieving agreed targets (registrations).

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Sales Targets:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization. •

Conversion:

Converting leads into sales by demonstrating product/service features and benefits, follow up, and closing deals. •

Follow-up:

Following up with hot leads who have shown interest but have not yet decided, effective follow up and move them through the sales process. •

Outbound calls:

Minimum 150-180 outbound calls per day is required with 40% of connectivity and 3.5 hours talk time. •

Product knowledge. • Funnel management

– Need to ensure lead funnel is managed and leads are churned properly. •

One 2 one communication

with the candidates through WhatsApp/email.
