Position: Sales & Marketing Procurement Manager/Sr. Manager Location: Genpact Hyderabad (Return to office from day one) Job Description:

As our Procurement Lead - Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to acquire the best products and services in the sales and marketing category, encompassing digital media, print media, and social media. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Category Expertise:

Become the go-to authority in sourcing products such as digital advertising space, print collateral, promotional merchandise, event materials, and services related to digital media campaigns, print media advertising, and social media marketing. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to make informed procurement decisions. Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the unique needs of our sales and marketing department, including digital advertising placements, print media buys, and social media marketing services. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Supplier Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers of advertising agencies, print shops, digital marketing platforms, promotional product manufacturers, event planners, and social media management firms. Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services. Innovation:

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new procurement technologies and methodologies, such as programmatic advertising solutions, sustainable print options, and advanced social media analytics tools, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements, align procurement efforts with business goals, and provide timely support in areas like digital ad placements, print media campaigns, and social media content creation. Cost Control:

Manage procurement budgets effectively, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize spending across digital, print, and social media marketing efforts. Negotiate competitive rates for media buys and social media advertising. Compliance:

Ensure procurement practices comply with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards, especially when dealing with advertising regulations, data privacy laws, and content guidelines in social media marketing. Performance Metrics:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously evaluate procurement performance, striving for excellence in sourcing and cost management across all sales and marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. Global Perspective:

Be prepared to work in EMEA, Asia Pacific and North American international suppliers, especially when sourcing digital marketing services for global campaigns. Qualifications: Proven experience

in procurement, with a focus on sourcing products and services in the sales and marketing category, including digital media, print media, and social media. Demonstrated track record

of successful negotiations, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management in these areas. Strategic thinker

with a keen understanding of market dynamics within the sales and marketing industry, spanning multiple media channels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

for effective collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Analytical mindset

to make data-driven decisions in digital media placement, print media advertising, and social media marketing. Bachelor's degree

in a related field (MBA or CIPS certification is a plus).
