Job Description

Role Title : Sales State Head

Sales Head, who would be responsible for Generating & Managing the sales of our faucet division . He will be responsible for al sales activities and deliver the assigned sales target and related objectives from the strategic sales plan.

Responsibilities

  • Create the Sales Plan, Teams and Channel Sales Network.
  • Strategize for the achievement of sales target through the team by breaking down of annual targets to half yearly then quarterly and finally

monthly.

  • Create success by creating Distribution network and achievement of targets and keeping close check on weekly/monthly target achievement by the Sales team.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
  • Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
  • Validate feedback and data which is collected by sales manager from his team.
  • Developing effective sales and marketing strategy robust and efficient distribution of channel partners across geography for business in order to achieve higher market and revenue share.
  • Developing the innovative methods to generate leads through multiple touch points in the geography of operations.
  • Identification of prospective markets for future network Roll-out in close co-ordination with Marketing and Network planning teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-12 years of Channel Sales experience from sanitary ware, Faucets or relevant industry.
  • Qualification- Any Graduate/Post Graduate ni Marketing or any equivalent degree.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management
