Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Rajkot. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments to drive sales for the company. The candidate will work closely with sales personnel to build a pipeline of potential customers, identify target clients and market trends, and provide sales support via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the IT industry is a plus
