Position Title: Genesys Developer
Experience: 4-7 Years

As a Genesys Developer the incumbent is expected to be a part of a team of 3 -4 members in the Contact Center domain(Genesys Pure Engage & Cloud), lead and personally contribute to solution delivery through SDLC activities (analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) for one or more medium to high complexity business capabilities and/or products.
- Minimum of 4 - 7 years’ experience in supporting and developing Genesys platform (PureEngage/On-premises)
- Ability to work in a team and challenging environment.
- Help with development, testing and deployment of the following applications:
- Genesys Platform
- Genesys SDK
- GVP – IVR platform
- Workforce management
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Support major releases, upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated to the L3 team.
- Work with vendor support as required to resolve outstanding defects/issues.
- Setup alerts using different monitoring tools related to system health.
- Create and maintain documentation for L2 Support resources.
- Problem Management, perform root cause analysis and take preventative actions.
- Experience on developing/maintaining Genesys Pure-Cloud platforms is a big plus.
- AWS fundamentals (Cloud practitioner) certification
As a Genesys Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys Engage solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborating with offshore, onshore and the to gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of Genesys Framework, Voice, eServices solutions, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and operational guides, to support knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.
- Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, including RCA and fixes
- Support major releases, upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Staying up to date with the latest Genesys Engage product updates and industry best practices, recommending improvements and optimizations to enhance clients' customer experience.
