The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences are spread across two immaculately designed 30-story towers - The South & North Towers. The hotel comprises of 234 guest rooms, including 31 Executive Suites, a Presidential Suite and 13,000 sq. ft. of Banquet Spaces.

An exciting addition to Bengaluru's culinary scene, the Hotel will introduce several unique dining outlets to the city, including the finest Asian Brasserie restaurant serving Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines; a specialty Bar with a bespoke concept serving artfully crafted Cocktails, an All Day Dining restaurant with a global street kitchen concept, a Lobby Lounge designed for social and business meetings and a Pool Bar offering innovative mocktails, cocktails and light meals.

Positions

The Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Bengaluru is looking for Residential Services Manager. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven managerial experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. The Residential Services Manager will -

• Educate Residential owners regarding their entitlements as it relates to their specific ownership and legal agreements in order to enhance their experience.
• Demonstrates an understanding of all legal agreements pertaining to the operation of the private residence. Attend and participate in Homeowner Meetings.
• Conducts regular tours of the residences and make recommendations for changes as well as note deficiencies and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Coordinates and manage the day-to-day operations of the residences. Ensures the facility is well maintained with respect to Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Personally meets and interacts with owners, reviews all written owner comments and follows up on any owner service issues or needs.
• Displays at all times a friendly, courteous and professional manner in dealing with owners, guests and other employees.

Requirements

• College Education preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in Housekeeping or Front Office senior managerial capacity in a leading 5 Star hotel environment. Bangalore experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Opera and Purchasing systems will be a plus.
• Must have numerical aptitude and possess upward mobility.
