Job description
Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Substantial experience in automotive software development and validation. Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Level—Test Manager
or other relevant software testing certifications. Tools Proficiency: Expertise in using automotive software tools such as Vector VT systems, dSPACE, and ETAS . Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, especially ISO 26262, ASPICE, CMMi… AGILE Methodology.. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills for overseeing teams. Embedded Systems Understanding: Knowledge of embedded systems, particularly in automotive software. Networking: Active involvement in industry events and forums. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in automotive software technology. Communication Skills: Effective communication, especially in conveying technical information.
