Job Overview TrafficVenue is seeking a talented and imaginative individual to join our team as a Creative Designer. This role is perfect for candidates with a passion for visual storytelling, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and producing captivating design assets for diverse digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities - Conceptualization and Ideation:
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives and messaging.
Generate creative concepts and visual ideas that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
Design a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, display ads, email templates, infographics, and landing page visuals.
Ensure high-quality, visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
Uphold and contribute to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements and messaging across all materials.
Participate in the evolution and improvement of brand guidelines as needed.
- Adaptability and Innovation:
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
Infuse innovative ideas into creative concepts, pushing the boundaries of traditional design.
Qualifications - Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a creative role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising concepts.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Video/Photo shoot execution
