What does this role entail...
At Black Box, the mission of a Presales Delivery Manager is to manage end-to-end PreSales Delivery lifecycle from Requirement management, Costing/Pricing, Process management, Reporting, Internal / external stakeholder management and submitting the quote back to the client. The requirements cut across Black Box portfolio offerings (Connected Buildings / Physical cabling, IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Networking). Qualified candidates should have experience of a similar nature to understand the requirements and submit solutions/quotes back to the customer. This will be more of a non-technical role and more into the project, people management, and stakeholder engagement role. Knowledge of end-to-end pre-sales life cycle is an absolute must for this process. These role expectations also include enabling sales growth, driving efficiency in the process and tools, creating Standard Operating Procedures, experience with internal and external stakeholders, and having exposure to Service Now tools administration and reporting. Execute… • You will Review and accept, re-route or reject Quotes assigned to the Design Engineer workgroup. • Will be Responsible for Tier 1 Quote escalation by internal team members. • Will Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) / processes with priority/impact. • Will be responsible for Implementing daily status reporting with the team to monitor the progress of all Quotes. This will be monitored via Service Now. • Will define quality controls and enforce change management to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling/reporting of Quotes. • You will be the point person for priority assessments and validations. • Will be the SPOC to liaise with front-end teams like Account Managers/business partners/ OEM vendors to gather accurate impact, Quote the complete status • You will ensure Quote work notes reflect the latest status of the case/opportunity. • Will be responsible for adhering to the SLAs for quote completion • Will ensure KPI’s are well defined and accurately tracked and recorded. • You will create and maintain documentation for all on-demand related processes, version control • You will be responsible for the financial management of the Quote (costing/pricing) Come join us if…• You have the relevant experience of being in a Pre Sales Delivery/Ops role for 12 yrs+ in a similar role in the IT Infra industry domain. Experience in IT Infra projects will be preferable • Experience in the process (ITIL/Agile) and tools (Service Now customization, reporting, and Salesforce) • Good experience in ServiceNow ticket management and resource management/allocation • Have the requisite Team Leadership experience for such a role • Have the ability to create and maintain reports in SNOW • Ability to work independently with diverse & and global teams and interact confidently with internal stakeholders at all levels You are a Great listener and an excellent communicator You are adept at using Microsoft Excel and Excel advanced features Strong analytical skills are one of your key strengths please share CVs on [email protected] Please note that Only candidates whose profiles are relevant will be contacted.
