We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped with the necessary skills to drive our success.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with department managers to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company goals and values.

We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about people and has a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also demonstrating a high level of empathy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies to ensure that employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with department managers to conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
• Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for policy improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
