BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: CTC + incentives up to 1 Lakhs monthly.

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Msigma Gokulam is an ed-tech company rooted in the engineering realm, providing a different array of services including education to engineering students, as well as training students for top level competitive exams like GATE, ISE, PSU etc. We have a dedicated IT Wing focused on delivering quality and efficient solutions to clients as well as an R&D Wing researching on different technologies in the field of AI, Embedded Systems & IoT. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with our students.

What are we looking for

-1 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment. excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter, and willingness to meet targets

- 2 years of relevant experience in sales in the Edu-Tech / Education Industry

- Open to working on weekends.

- Eager to deal with different customers and understand their needs

- The candidate must have worked in Edu-tech or Education Industry counseling and selling online courses.

- The candidate has to be fluent in English & Malayalam.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the company's B2C customer base.

- Formulating new ideas and designing a business plan for achieving the desired monthly target.

- Developing a Strong Network of Business Associates, to achieve Monthly Admission Targets.

- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target form strategy based on the market dynamics and leads assigned.

- Make business associates work on Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets also assist in capturing, managing, engaging, and nurturing leads into customers

- Handle all incoming customer queries on our GATE and B-tech courses and act as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for these courses.

- Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.

- Meeting business targets through effective counseling and selling skills

- Maintain, build, and update calling/mailing databases

Target driven:

- We need you to achieve and exceed your quota of sales

- Have familiarity with telephone sales techniques cold calling techniques and managing lead pipelines

- Theoretical understanding of Engineering and GATE is desirable

- Super passionate about sales and have the ability to convert leads into customers

- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets (monthly/quarterly), preferably from an Education industry background.

- Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.

- Technical Skills required; Basic understanding of the Engineering field

- Soft skills required; Excellent written & spoken English communication.

- Individual target and group targets must be achieved

Salary and Incentives: Business development manager will receive a monthly salary of upto 35,000 rupees. In addition, the associate will have the opportunity to earn incentives up to 1 lakhs based on achieving sales targets and performance. Individual incentives as well as group incentives are provided .
