• Site Assessment: Evaluate sites for solar installation feasibility.
  
• Design Validation: Ensure designs meet standards and regulations.
  
• Project Planning: Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
  
• Installation Oversight: Ensure installations adhere to specifications and safety protocols.
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to maintain system reliability.
  
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and regulations.
  
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports.
  
• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance to teams and subcontractors.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably in related fields.
  
• Experience in solar or renewable energy industries preferred.
  
• Proficiency in solar system design software and local regulations.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
