Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. Your main goal will be to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and significantly increase customer acquisition and retention through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels including but not limited to SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. - Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets to ensure a high return on investment (ROI). - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to increase effectiveness. - Work closely with the content team to ensure that marketing messages are conveyed clearly and effectively. - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on digital marketing technologies and internal projects. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Qualifications : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising. - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. - Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media. - Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
