As a Phone Banking Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, and promoting our products and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in phone banking or a similar customer service role
- Good understanding of the BFSI industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance and finance products is a plus
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with CRM systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem-solving
- Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers
- Work closely with other teams and departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records accordingly
