RR Analytics Product Manager Reporting to: Director, Analytics & Technology Department: Analytics & Technology Location: UK/India Website Role Overview: you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. This role requires an understanding of technology stacks along with a proven track record of at least 4 years in product management.
Responsibilities - Work closely with the RR Analytics team and external partners, including developers, data scientists and designers, to define and prioritise product features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with departmental and cricket priorities
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with engineering and development teams, providing clear and concise product requirements and user stories
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation
- Analyze product performance and user feedback make data-driven decisions and solution iteration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring a balance between business needs and technical feasibility.
- Provide systematic leadership in all areas of product development and project management
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology-driven products
- Proven ability to successfully bring products to market and drive product adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
