Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDM- Consultant Development Manager. The CDM will be responsible for managing IT-related projects, conducting training sessions, performing research and analysis, providing consulting and communication support for clients, and overseeing projects from conception to successful deployment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Consulting, Training, and Research domains
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and budget
• Project Management experience
• Desirable previous international experience (US, Canada, or Europe)
• Leading consultants to grow and create tangible benefits and assets
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Master's degree in business, Computer science, Marketing, or related field
• Highly desirable previous ITIL Training
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Timing-

US shift -(6.30pm to 3.30am) depending upon day light saving
