Job Description
- Devise compensation and benefits interventions to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Review and renew the benefits and well-being offerings in line with company policies and market trends to maintain first mover advantage.
- Study and analyze market practices and participate in salary & benefits surveys to keep a tap on the market trends.
- Manage the compensation & benefits survey process and custom study regarding market practices. Provide data input, study and analyse data output, and provide recommendations to the company as part of the regular bench-marking process.
- Designing and updating variable pay plans, ad-hoc pricing requests, and updating pay grades based on market data.
- Drive Annual merit process including but not limited to budgeting, eligibility, HRBP, and managers training and support during the merit time-line and coordination with global comp and GSS team along with preparation of salary breakups.
- Coordinate and implement the global Compensation Policy working within the corporate frameworks as well as to meet the local needs.
- Maintain the critical compensation data on an ongoing basis, making sure all employee data gets updated and any job matches are changed as appropriate.
- Maintain liaison with external consulting firms and other professionals to keep abreast of market trends.
- Revamp the Job architecture framework.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should come with:
- 8-15 years of experience within the compensation and benefits space
- Hands-on experience within compensation bench-marking with consulting partners, jab banding, job evaluation exercise, incentive formation, and ESOPs designing
- Keenness to work in Eastern Coast shift (3 PM to 11 PM- Cab services available)
