Job description
We are hiring for Accounts Payable lead
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, detail-oriented, communicative, able to work independently and is a team player with a solid working knowledge of AP and Expense operations
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor AP related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational decision making through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to on-shore management
Act as a subject matter expert for all AP and Expense related duties
Resolve, communicate, and escalate issues to on-shore management
Ability to jump in and process high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and audit expense reports to ensure compliance to T&E policies, as needed.
Required skills:
Excellent written and oral communication
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
Motivated to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented capacity
