Job Description: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist( IMMEDIATE JOINER) for DOMESTIC IT Recruitment and Staffing Company Location : Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad Work From Office. CTC: 2.4 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Exp: 2 or 3 years

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an DOMESTIC IT recruitment and staffing company, your primary responsibility will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent for IT-related positions on behalf of our clients. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by building a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: · Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates with IT skills and experience. · Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate qualifications to determine their suitability for specific job openings. · Interviewing: Conduct thorough and insightful interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the positions. · Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the right talent. · Job Postings and Advertising: Write compelling and accurate job descriptions and advertisements, and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates. · Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the recruitment process. · Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed evaluations and recommendations. · Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the negotiation of job offers, assist with onboarding activities, and ensure a smooth transition for the newly hired candidates. · Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to effectively compete in the IT recruitment market. · Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). · 2 - 3 years Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the IT industry. · In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets to effectively assess candidate qualifications. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. · Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates. · Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit. · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with candidates and clients. · Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. · Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. · Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
