Role: Customer Support Manager
Experience: 4+ years in the very relevant field.
CTC : Rs. 10 lakh per annum + up to 10% performance bonus plus benefits
such as health care.
1. Must be able to work US east coast
hours that is 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
2. Must have 2+ years of direct experience working with international
clients.
3. Very fluent in English (can communicate day-in day-out with our USA
customers).
4. Great communicators.
5. Have worked in a software company in a customer success capacity for
at least 2 years.
6. Customer obsession is a must.
7. Operationally savvy.
8. Very good with data and analysis.
(Immediate joiners preferred. (not more than15 days) Work location: Baner, pune, Maharashtra.
