Job description

We are looking for a candidate who has below experience in an IT firm(experience in non-IT firms will not be considered.).

PETABYTZ WORKS ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES AND SALESFORCE.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Petabytz Technologies, your roles and responsibilities may include:

· Developing Digital Marketing Strategies : Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.

· Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of digital content across various platforms including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

· SEO and SEM Management: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search visibility and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

· Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage with the company's audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

· Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

· Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other CRO techniques.

· Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

· Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product launches.

· Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

· Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital marketing channels.

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data effectively and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.

· Team Management and Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

· Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and uphold best data privacy and security practices in all digital marketing activities.
