Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing and Lead Generation Lead to drive pipeline growth, optimize event strategies, nurture leads, and foster partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and a knack for generating high-quality leads. This role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and continuous learning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue partner marketing opportunities to expand reach and generate revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Drive revenue generation through partner activities, leveraging co-marketing efforts and co-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize partner performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration. Analyze partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets from events, webinars, and other lead generation activities.
- Manage the Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of prospects. Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee all aspects of events and webinars, including pre, during, and post activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual event meetings, maintaining a database of event contacts. Leverage podcasts as a lead generation tool, tracking the conversion of podcasts to SQLs. Build and nurture relationships with MQLs to enhance conversion rates.
Must-Have:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and event management with demonstrated results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and event (including webinars) management, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and written abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
