Job description

Coordinate and manage the repossession process for agricultural, turf, and construction equipment related to delinquent lease and loan accounts.

Engage with repossession agencies and legal counsel to facilitate lawful and efficient recovery of assets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with dealers and recovery team for records and reporting related to repossessed asset valuations, impairments, and dispositions.

Maintain documentation of repossession activities, legal proceedings, and other relevant communications pertaining to each repossessed asset.

Manage relationships with dealers, repossession agencies, and legal partners to optimize recovery processes and asset disposition strategies.

Stay updated about industry-specific regulations, legal requirements, and best practices related to the repossession of agricultural, turf, and construction equipment.

Coordinate with collection and recovery dept for rolling back of resolved accounts or accounts regularized post receiving collectibles to early stage or advance stage collection teams.

Managing repossession portfolio of at least 200 accounts at any point in time.

Required skill :

Liaising with various stake holders, act as a primary point of contact for dealers, internal collections team, and accounting team to ensure seamless repossession efforts and asset management.

Previous experience in a similar role within the captive finance industry.

Experience in outbound calling in B2B or B2C is desired.

In-depth knowledge of repossession laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the agricultural, turf, and construction equipment industries.

Knowledge of collection tools and techniques and with interpersonal skills like negotiation and conflict resolution.

Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in record-keeping and reporting processes.

Proficient listening and comprehension skills with clear written and verbal communication in English.

Collaborative capability within a team environment and build productive relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
