Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - SAFe Agile methodology in any IT environment at least 1 with Lean Enterprise mindset
- Fair understanding of Software Engineering and Technical excellence of Software product with Agile Values and Principles
- SAFe Scrum Master Global Leading Product Development Company Practicing and Executing
- Understating of SAFe Configurations Essential SAFe, Portfolio SAFe, Large Solution SAFe, Full SAFe
- Experiencing latest Lean-Agile thinking, more visibly incorporating scalable DevOps and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Agile Release train, Big Picture of Essential Elements Lean-Agile Principles Real Agile Teams and Trains Cadence and Synchronization
- Test ideas more quickly - Using the Lean Startup Cycle and Lean User Experience (Lean UX)
- Must have prior experience as Scrum Master in Software Product Development and work closely with the Architecture team to ensure Architectural Integrity and Product Quality
- Organize and facilitate Planning, Daily Stand-up, Reviews, Retrospectives and Demos and other meetings
- Identify agile anti-patterns and coach team to promote SAFe agile best practices
- Shields the Agile team from external interferences and help them to remove the impediments
- Lead the team through planning and execution within SAFe framework
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Release Teams and Stakeholders to remove any impediments to team productivity or team health
- PI Planning DevOps and Reliability System Demo Inspect and Adapt Innovation and Planning Iteration Architectural Runway
- Lean-Agile Leadership Demonstrates advancements in configurability, implementation guidance, and enhanced capabilities improving the user experience and accelerating time-to-market.
- Tools - Azure DevOps VSTS, TFS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
Qualifications
MCA / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science .

- Experience working in freight forwarding or other transportation industry roles
- Experience with software development and shipping products for internal and external users
- Experience and proficiency with software development lifecycle and software development methodologies including SAFe, Lean, Scrum and Agile
- Certification or ability to become certified in SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Senior Scrum Master
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide spectrum of people including senior leaders, customers and people across geographies
- Effective at navigating ambiguity and helping diverse teams drive towards clarity and consensus
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Ability to recognize and mitigate risks
- A curiosity about software engineering tools and practices that facilitates better decision-making and better relationships with team members
- A strong interest and desire for knowledge about the commercial and operational aspects of Expeditors' network and the broader transportation industry
